From October 17, changes to ground transport routes will affect about 14 districts of the capital. Transport will run more frequently and stop closer to rail framework stations, social facilities, and residential homes.

“On the instructions of Sergey Sobyanin, for 10 years we have been actively working to improve the network of surface transport routes and developing infrastructure for them: introducing new stops and dedicated lanes. This way, trips for Muscovites and visitors to the capital become even more comfortable and faster. On October 17, we will adjust seven routes in eight districts of the capital. Some will be extended, some closed — instead, more frequent alternatives will begin operating, and buses will be redistributed to more in-demand directions. Thanks to these changes, transport will run more often,” said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

Maxim Liksutov.

Thus, the M31 main route will be extended and will pass through the metro stations “Moscow-City”, “Shelepikha”, “Zvenigorodskaya”, along Shenogin Street, Shelepikhinskaya and Karamyshevskaya embankments to the Karamyshevsky pier.

District route No. 374 will pass through the Zvenigorodskaya metro station along Shenogina Street, Shelepikhinskaya Embankment, and Shmitovsky Passage instead of part of Shelepikhinskoye Highway.

Social route buses S344 will once again run in both directions through the Moscow-City metro station along Presnenskaya and Krasnopresnenskaya embankments.

Route No. 271 will cease operation due to changes in passenger flow in the district — instead, social routes 229 and 829 will operate on Krylatkie Holmy Street, as well as route No. 232 between Terekhovo station and the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya metro line, and No. 389 between Terekhovo and Krylatkie. Buses on these routes will run more frequently.

Bus route No. 21 will be replaced by district route No. 635, which has shorter intervals.

Instead of route No. 762, route No. 759 will operate (this is a new route based on No. 957), and you can also use the social route S768 between Kuryanovo station Moscow Central Diameter and Novomaryinskaya Street.

Towards the Tula metro station, buses of social route S932 will go along Stremyanny Lane. Thanks to this, it will become more convenient for city residents to reach educational institutions and social facilities.

In Moscow, 13 bus routes will change starting October 10Seven bus routes will change starting October 3

Buses on route No. 259 will only run up to the “Fedosino Street” stop on Skulptora Mukhinoy Street. The stop on Fedosino Street will cease operation; you can use the neighboring stop on Skulptora Mukhinoy Street — it is a four-minute walk away.

For district routes No. 296, 343, and 550, as well as social route C217, the “Reka Aleshinka” stop will start operating in both directions.

For routes No. 310 and 387, social routes No. 137, 640, and 798, as well as the suburban route of the “Moscow — region” project No. 1358, an additional stop “Stroginsky Bridge” will be added, which will operate on a “request” basis.

Routes No. 368 and 741, as well as social routes C331 and C396, will have an added stop at “Volokolamskaya Metro” near the “Pyatnitsa” shopping center towards Mitino metro station.

For social route No. 570, the stop “Novopetrovskaya Street” is added. For route C636, the stop “Yuryevsky Lane” will start operating in both directions, just like the stop “Starobitsevskaya Street, 21” of route C953.

For the main routes M87, M88, M89, and M89k, as well as district routes No. 814 and 921, a stop “Ulitsa Arshinova” will be added. For routes M87, M88, M89, and M89k, the stop is added in the direction of the Biryulyovo Vostochnoe district, while for routes No. 814 and 921 — in both directions. This will make it more convenient for residents of the 14th quarter of Lenina-Dachnogo to get to metro stations and social facilities.
