On the website “City of Tasks” three new project tasks have been published “Call me back yourself”, which is dedicated to protection against fraudsters. They are aimed at assessing the quality and convenience of playing the game and taking the test on the project’s website, as well as attracting the audience’s attention to the interactive format, lectures, and seminars. Users will also be able to leave suggestions for improving the “Call Back Yourself” project.
“The city project ‘Call Back Yourself’ is created so that residents can learn to recognize signs of fraud and protect themselves from scammers’ tricks in formats that are clear and convenient for them. Therefore, we offered the participants of the ‘City of Tasks’ project to explore the interactive features on the ‘Call Back Yourself’ website: the game ‘Safe Click’ and the self-check test, as well as the subscription mechanism for the newsletter. Each task is intuitively easy to complete, and the feedback from city residents will allow, if necessary, to make the site even more informative and useful for users,” said Valentina Shilina, head of the ‘Call Back Yourself’ project in the capital.
Game “Safe Click” allows checking the knowledge of basic digital security rules in various life situations. When performing tasks users will have to test the game and then evaluate how clear and easy it was to participate in it.
Second task — a self-assessment test that helps evaluate the user’s awareness of methods to protect against fraud. After completing it, one should answer how convenient and clear it was to respond to the questions, as well as share impressions.
In the third assignment It is necessary to test the subscription functions, as well as the receipt of the “Call Back Yourself” project newsletter. The user must subscribe to the newsletter, wait for the email at the specified email address, and evaluate the convenience of the process, as well as the content and design of the received email.
For the successful completion of each task, participants will be awarded points in the city loyalty program “Million Prizes”. With their help, you can obtain various goods and services from partner organizations, replenish Troika card or an account in the “Parking of Russia” app. In addition, users can allocate points to charity.
Tasks can be completed by users who have full account on the portal mos.ru. To do this, you need to log in on the website or in the “City of Tasks” mobile application using Mos ID and take any task you like to work on.
