Beirut, April 17 /Sin Hua/ — Lebanon has entered a new stage, in which key attention will be focused on negotiations to conclude permanently effective agreements to protect the rights of its people, the unity of its territory, and national sovereignty. Lebanese President Joseph Aoun stated this on Friday.

In his address to the Lebanese nation, J. Aoun noted that the country is moving away from measures to ensure a ceasefire to a broader phase aimed at achieving long-term stability. He expressed confidence that, as in the previous stage, these efforts will help “save Lebanon.” –0–
