On October 21, the Moscow Guarantee Fund will hold a webinar “Sustainability Economy: Scaling Strategies Without Cash Gaps and Hidden Losses”. Participants will learn how to monitor the company’s key performance indicators and use them in managerial decision-making.
They will learn to use management accounting to promptly notice changes in financial indicators and identify their causes. Special attention will be given to how pricing and operating expenses affect the company’s performance results. In addition, the program includes analyses of budgeting tools, KPI control, and inventory management, which help objectively assess the financial condition of the business and take it into account when planning further growth.
The webinar will separately analyze situations where the dynamics of financial indicators force a review of previously made decisions. The expert will demonstrate a step-by-step action algorithm, which may include cost reduction, reassessment of debt load, and the development of a roadmap for reaching break-even. The theoretical part will be complemented by practical cases. In these, participants will see how various financial instruments operate in specific business conditions.
The event speaker is Elena Kustova, the Chief Financial Officer of “Unboring Finance.” Over 11 years of professional activity, she has implemented management accounting from scratch in nine companies from various industries — ranging from construction and trade to education and event organization — and has also developed financial models for more than 15 companies.
