Project «Youth of Moscow» organizes the transformational game “Career Without Fear. Reload” for young city residents. It will take place on October 23 at 18:00 in the multi-format space “Youth of Moscow” at the address: Kholodilny Lane, building 3, block 1, structure 8. Registration will continue until October 21 in the group “Youth of Moscow” in the social network VKontakte.
“Youth is a time for finding oneself, taking the first steps in a career. We are convinced that when there is support, honest conversation, and the right tools, the path in the profession becomes clearer. Self-confidence is a skill that can be developed. We help young people believe in themselves and take their first steps more boldly,” noted Margarita Savinkina, head of the ‘Youth of Moscow’ project.
The game will be useful for college and university graduates, as well as anyone facing typical fears — from “it’s hard to find a job” to “I don’t meet expectations.” Participants will learn to distinguish between irrational fear that prevents action and rational concern that can be turned into a specific task.
The event will take place in the format of an interactive workshop. The game is designed for five teams. Three formats are provided: individual work, team interaction, and discussion among all participants. The main goal is to explore one’s own insecurity related to job searching and employment.
The result will be an individual map for each participant, which they will fill out during the course of the game, recording specific steps for overcoming their fears and concerns related to employment. Each participant will receive help from other players to find unconventional solutions.
Young people will master a tool for working independently on internal barriers through group activities. They will gain valuable experience in communication, exchange ideas, and feel that they are not alone on the path to their goal.
The “Career” direction of the “Youth of Moscow” project helps city residents receive career counseling, determine a professional trajectory, compose a strong resume, and prepare for an interview.
“Opportunities for Youth 3.0” is a modern ecosystem of measures aimed at creating conditions for the self-realization of young people. It provides the chance to participate in the development of advanced solutions, try one’s hand at scientific research, public service, and international cooperation.
The support program is implemented within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children”. It helps to master a sought-after profession and start a career, receive a grant, and launch own project, to set off for thematic trip across the country, and also allows to engage in science at leading universities and develop projects starting from the first year.
