Following the competitive procedures, the new provider of catering services at the Dimitrovgrad industrial site of the OAT Group, part of PJSC KAMAZ, is the Samara-based company LLC “EcoSphere”.
EcoSphere LLC is a federal operator that has been working in the corporate catering market for over 14 years. The company is represented in 15 regions of Russia and provides services to large industrial enterprises.
DAAZ employees’ meals are organized in two shifts on the industrial site. Hot meals are available at self-service lines as well as with “Set lunch” vouchers. Part of the cost of set lunches is compensated by the enterprises of the OAT Group.
New technological equipment has been delivered to the canteens, including refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. Dishware and kitchen utensils have also been completely updated. To ensure sanitary safety, regular treatment of premises, equipment, and work surfaces with disinfectants is carried out. All canteen staff are provided with special clothing featuring the company logo. Current information about the menu and available dishes is posted at the entrance to the canteens. In addition, an information stand has been installed, presenting details about the service provider and the catering organization.
When choosing a new supplier, the wishes of employees regarding food quality, the condition of dishes and equipment were taken into account. The main focus will be on assortment variety, quality of prepared dishes, compliance with sanitary requirements, and price accessibility at the self-service lines.
