From April 14 to 16, the State University of Management, together with Rosfinmonitoring and Rosmolodezh, conducted an educational program “Training teachers in the basics of teaching financial and economic security” at the Center of Creation “Mayak” in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Young teachers up to 35 years old, wishing to improve their qualifications in the field of financial literacy, participated in the intensive course. The training included several thematic blocks aimed at developing the professional competencies of the participants, including in the area of training schoolchildren and students for the International Olympiad in Financial Literacy.
Among the course experts were the director of the Institute of Economics and Finance, professor of the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations GUU Galina Sorokina, professor of the Department of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation GUU Roman Blizky, head of the Interregional Department of Rosfinmonitoring for the DNR, LNR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions Ivan Anichkin, leading specialist-expert of the Department of Supervisory Activities and Legal Support of Rosfinmonitoring for the Central Federal District Valery Vapirov, and others.
The program consisted of various formats: interactive lectures, master classes, round tables, and practical sessions on the topic of financial security, developed by specialists of the basic department of GUU in Rosmolodezh and Rosfinmonitoring.

Let us remind that GUU and Rosfinmonitoring have been implementing joint projects for many years, and in March, the director of Rosfinmonitoring, Yuri Chichanchin, came for a meeting with students of the GUU Preuniversity. In addition, the State University of Management is a member of the International Network Institute in the field of AML/CFT and regularly participates in the International Olympiad on Financial Security.
