The CEO of LLC “SETrans”, Konstantin Zaikin, has been commended by the ASM RF trade union for the development of social partnership.
A letter of appreciation and an award stele to the head of KAMAZ’s subsidiary were presented on behalf of ASM RF Trade Union Chairman Andrey Fefelov by Oksana Savina, Chairman of the primary trade union organization of LLC “SETrans”. The awarding took place in a solemn setting with the participation of representatives of the company’s workforce.
Konstantin Zaikin was awarded for his significant personal contribution to the promotion of the trade union movement, as well as for active support and development of social partnership within the company. His role in supporting both established traditions and new initiatives of the trade union organization was specially noted. Thanks to constructive dialogue between management and the Primary Trade Union Organization, projects in the fields of sports development, strengthening corporate culture, and social work are successfully implemented in the company.
The head of LLC “SETrans” was also presented with a letter of appreciation from the United Primary Trade Union Organization of PJSC “KAMAZ”.
