Entrepreneurs can compete in city auctions for commercial room an area of 284.8 square meters. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“The acquisition of commercial real estate is a key stage in launching most business projects. Non-residential premises are regularly put up for open bidding, which entrepreneurs can purchase directly from the city and use to develop their business in the capital. For example, there is currently a commercial property with an area of 284.8 square meters up for auction. It is located on Ryazansky Prospekt in the Nizhegorodsky district. The premises have a flexible designation, allowing any investor’s business idea to be implemented here, such as opening a children’s arts school, an office with relaxation areas, or a fitness center,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at: Ryazansky Prospekt, building 5. It is on the first floor of an apartment building and has a separate entrance.
Applications to participate in the auction can be submitted until October 22. The auction will be held on November 3 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg.” The seller of the property is the metropolitan Department of City Property. Participation will require registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
