The event took place at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. Alexandra Glukhova presented the experience of conducting the elective course “Fundamentals of Working on a Candidate’s Dissertation” at our university, designed for first-year graduate students. In addition, she gave recommendations to young scientists preparing for their dissertation defense and advised useful tools for their work.
The presentation of the new textbook “Preparation and Defense of Candidate Dissertations in the Direction of ‘Construction and Architecture'”, prepared by Alexandra Glukhova together with the professor of the geotechnical department of SPbGASU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, aroused special interest among those present. by Rashid Mangushev.
During the session, there was an exchange of experience in the work of young scientists’ councils, reports were presented on interaction with student scientific societies, and on the application of artificial intelligence in the scientific work of young scientists.
