The city put up for auction five rooms for business in the Nekrasovka district. The facilities are located within walking distance of the metro. This was reported by Kirill Purtov, head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy.

“The city auctions feature commercial premises in various parts of the capital, including frequent cases where it is possible to purchase several adjacent properties at once. This option can be attractive for investors as it allows the implementation of comprehensive projects, using different premises for related activities under a unified concept and management. For example, currently, entrepreneurs have access to five properties ranging from 73.8 to 171.7 square meters on Nedorubova Street in the Nekrasovka district, near the metro station of the same name. They are located on the first floors, have separate entrances, and no fixed use, which opens up opportunities for realizing a wide range of business ideas,” noted Kirill Purtov.

The premises are located at the following addresses: 21, 24–27 Nedorubova Street. The application period for participation in the auctions will end on October 19 and 29. The open auctions will take place on October 28 and November 10 on the Roseltorg electronic platform. The seller of the real estate is the capital city Department of City Property. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate.

The capital auctions various properties, including non-residential premises, buildings, parking spaces, land plots, and other objects. The full list of current lots can be viewed on the website torgi.mos.ru, as well as in the capital investment portal in section “Moscow Exchange”.
