Entrepreneurs can purchase eight non-residential premises in the Southern Medvedkovo area. The area of the properties ranges from 67.5 to 138.6 square meters. Their unrestricted designation allows them to be used for various purposes. This was reported by the head of the Department of the City of Moscow for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtev.
“Non-residential premises on the ground floors of apartment buildings are especially in demand by businesses focused on the everyday needs of residents. In Yuzhnoe Medvedkovo, the city has put up for auction eight such properties ranging from 67.5 to 138.6 square meters. The premises have no designated use, allowing for various commercial projects to be implemented. For example, you can open a store, a veterinary clinic, a fitness studio, an educational center, or other service sector organizations here. Applications for participation in the auctions will close on October 13, and the auctions will be held on October 22,” said Kirill Purtov.
Two premises are located at Yasny passage, house 32, the other objects are located at Yasny passage, house 32, building 1. The seller of the real estate is Department of City Property of Moscow.
“If an entrepreneur plans to purchase a premises for conducting business at an auction, it is necessary to consider its designation. A universal option is premises with flexible use, which are suitable for any type of business. The objects offered at auctions are located in dense residential areas, which guarantees a stable flow of clients and good foot traffic,” she noted

Auctions will be held on the online platform “Roseltorg.” Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
