The results of the meeting of the Government Commission on improving the efficiency of the use of federal property and territorial development have been summarized. Thus, the company DOM.RF will receive management of buildings and structures with a total area of almost 13 thousand square meters in seven regions, including two cultural heritage sites. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

“Involving federal assets in economic circulation is an additional resource for the development of cities and an incentive for private investments. The relevant government commission approved the transfer of eight properties to DOM.RF in the Voronezh, Oryol, Samara, Ulyanovsk regions, Altai Krai, the Chuvash Republic, and Moscow. The list also includes two cultural heritage sites — in Moscow and the Voronezh region. After preparation is completed, these properties will be put up for auction. It is important to continue work in this area, because every square meter brought into circulation provides new opportunities for cities and people,” said Marat Khusnullin.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that one of the monuments is a one-story building with an area of 39 square meters, built in 1917, located in the city of Bobrov in the Voronezh region. In Moscow, “DOM.RF” will receive a building with an area of more than 8.6 thousand square meters in the Meshchansky district.

“Our task is to create conditions for the return of the objects transferred by DOM.RF to the economic life of cities. We identify the most effective scenarios for the further use of buildings and territories, as well as tools to support investors. The next step is to bring new objects to auction and attract business to their development,” said Vitaly Mutko, General Director of DOM.RF.

The commission also decided to transfer the powers to manage and dispose of a land plot of 5.5 hectares for the placement of transport and engineering infrastructure facilities to the state authorities of the Kostroma region.
