Put up for city auctions 69 parking spaces with an area ranging from 13.3 to 16.6 square meters. The facilities are located in the Fili-Davydkovo district, not far from the Slavyansky Bulvar metro station. This was reported by the press service Department of the City of Moscow for Competitive Policy.
Parking spaces are located in the underground parking of the residential building at: 10 Davydkovskaya Street.
At city auctions, parking spaces located in standalone multi-level parking garages and underground parking lots of residential buildings can be purchased. They can ensure the safety of the vehicle and allow the owner not to spend time regularly searching for a suitable parking spot.
Applications for participation in the auctions will close on September 25, and the auctions will take place on October 2 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
