Platform experts “Electronic House” Starting from September 22, educational meetings with project participants will begin “Moscow Longevity”. At the lectures, experts will explain how to hold general meetings of homeowners (GMH) and conduct online polls on the “Electronic Home” platform, submit water meter readings via photo, pay utility bills and earn points in the city loyalty program “Million Prizes,” submit requests to fix issues in the building with tracking of their resolution, and stay connected with neighbors and the management organization. After this, there will be a team quiz. Participants will be divided into groups of three to four people and answer questions about the platform. After the quiz results are summed up, the winners will receive souvenirs with the “Electronic Home” logo and will have the opportunity to share their impressions.

The meeting will conclude with a “Question and Answer” session with a platform representative. After this, participants will be able to receive individual consultations: a specialist will help with platform registration, confirm property ownership if necessary, and submit an application to the managing organization. This “here and now” format is especially convenient for those who have long wanted to master digital services but didn’t know where to start or feared they wouldn’t manage on their own.
