Specialists urban infrastructure complex completed the landscaping of the area near the “Basket Hall Moscow” complex in the Krylatskoye district. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement Pyotr Biryukov.
“Currently, in the Krylatskoye district, the landscaping near the Rowing Canal adjacent to the ‘Basket Hall Moscow’ sports complex — a universal arena for training and competitions in team sports — has been completed. As a result, the area has become more functionally enriched, comfortable, and safe,” noted Petr Biryukov.
The area around the arena has been brought up to uniform quality standards. Movement within the territory has become more convenient for fans and athletes.
During the work, engineering networks were replaced, pedestrian paths and stormwater drainage were updated, rest areas were arranged, parking spaces were organized, and an eco-friendly parking lot was additionally created. Electrical wires were placed into cable ducts, which improved the visual appearance of the area and ensured safe operation of the communications.
Quality lighting is a necessary condition for a comfortable urban environment. Modern lamps with energy-efficient fixtures have been installed near the arena. Landscaping will be carried out in the final stage of the work.
