An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

Project “City of Tasks” jointly with the capital city Department of Trade and Services prepared for Muscovites new assignment. Participants will need to provide feedback on the operation of fish markets “Moscow — on the Wave” in the districts of Mitino and Kosino-Ukhtomsky.

To participate in the mission, you must visit one of the venues. Muscovites should open the reporting form in the “City of Tasks” project app and take a selfie in front of a stall or any element with the space’s logo. An important condition: the photo must clearly show the sign with the name of the market or department.

Then the townspeople will be asked to fill out a questionnaire and tell which site they visited, how long ago they learned about this place, and from which sources. Additionally, participants will indicate how much what they saw meets their expectations and what exactly attracts them the most at the market: the shopping rows, the open kitchen, the restaurants, or other opportunities.

Participants will also evaluate cleanliness and order, ease of movement and navigation, visual design, overall atmosphere, and the attentiveness of salespeople to visitors. The questionnaire will allow sharing opinions on how noticeable the introduction of self-service checkouts has become, as well as determining which audience the space primarily suits.

After completing all the conditions, the task must be submitted for review. The results will help assess the comfort and convenience of fish markets for city residents.

The task is available to residents of the capital with a full account on the mos.ru portal. The number of participants is limited.

For successful completion, participants will be credited with 500 points of the city loyalty program “Million Prizes.” Points can also be earned for purchases at fish markets “Moscow — on the wave”: 10 percent of the check amount is returned. They can be used to obtain goods and services from partner organizations of the program, to top up the balance of the “Troika” card, as well as to be directed to charity. Options for using the points are presented on program website showcase.

Project “City of Tasks” has been operating since January 2022. With its help, Muscovites can monitor the work of city services, participate in environmental, cultural, sports, and other events. Currently, participants have already completed over 3.9 million tasks.

The project is being developed by the State Public Institution ‘New Management Technologies’ and the capital Department of Information Technology.

The fish markets “Moscow — on the wave” operate in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky and Mitino districts. In addition to the trading rows, there are specialized storage areas and food courts. An important feature of the markets is the presence of laboratories that check the quality of all products sold.

The markets offer fish and seafood from key fishing regions — from Karelia to Kamchatka.
