Hong Kong, September 16 /Xinhua/ — On Wednesday, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) unveiled its first five-year socio-economic development plan for 2026-2030.
The first five-year plan will help create a more open, inclusive, free, prosperous and safe Hong Kong, said Lee Ka-chiu, head of the Hong Kong SAR Administration, on Wednesday.
Presenting this document, Li Jiachao said that 2026-2030 is the “golden” period for Xianggang to achieve higher-quality development.
