Extensive landscaping work has been completed in 30 courtyards in Yuzhnoe Butovo. Specialists urban utilities complex tidied up the areas between Chechersky passage and Yuzhnobutovskaya street.
In the courtyards, the asphalt concrete surfaces of the driveways and sidewalks were renovated, and additional parking bays were arranged. To make evening walks more comfortable, street lamps with energy-efficient luminaires were installed.
For children and sports enthusiasts
Special attention was given to modernizing the infrastructure for active recreation. At the existing children’s playgrounds, specialists replaced the foundations and laid a modern safe surface made of rubber crumb. Then, new developmental play complexes, swings, and carousels designed for children of different ages were installed.
For fans of winter sports and active family recreation, a new hockey rink with specialized boards has been set up in the area.
For walks and relaxation
A vivid example of a comprehensive approach to creating a comfortable urban environment was the transformation of the area between buildings 1 and 2 at house 56 on Chechersky Proezd. A modern space for walks and active recreation was arranged here.
In the sports cluster, multifunctional outdoor exercise equipment has been installed. The two upgraded playgrounds now feature the latest play equipment. Popular recreational spots include pergola swings and comfortable park benches with canopies for sun and rain protection.
Development of the district’s infrastructure
The work became a continuation of the large-scale renewal program of Yuzhny Butovo. For example, last year they renovated the fourth microdistrict. There, pedestrian pathways were repaired, new walking routes were laid out, benches and trash bins were installed. For children, 16 modern play areas were equipped, and the sports infrastructure was supplemented with multifunctional playgrounds designed for visitors of different ages — from teenagers to senior citizens.
