Put up for city auctions more than 40 parking spaces on Akademika Koroleva Street in the Marfino district. Their area ranges from 13.3 to 21.6 square meters. This was reported by the press service Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy.
Open auctions allow motorists to purchase a parking space directly from the city. Currently, there are 44 such spots in Marfino on Akademika Koroleva Street (building 23). They are located in a multi-story residential building near the Butyrskaya metro station. The parking can accommodate vehicles of various classes — from sedans to large crossovers and SUVs.
To choose a suitable option, car owners can preliminarily study the characteristics of each parking space and the terms of its sale. Applications for participation in the auctions will close on September 21 and 24, and the open auctions will take place from September 28 to October 1 on the “Roseltorg” online platform. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required.
