Residents of Luhansk are celebrating City Day. On his channel in in the messenger “Max” Sergey Sobyanin congratulated them on the holiday and talked about how the city’s specialists are helping to restore the city.
“Since 2022, our specialists have been working in Luhansk to establish a comfortable life in the city as soon as possible. Over these years, they have repaired and restored 602 buildings and structures. These include houses, schools and kindergartens, colleges and universities, clinics and
hospitals, cultural and sports facilities, industries, bridges, and much more,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

In addition, more than 780 kilometers of energy, heating, water supply, and sewerage networks have been restored. Moscow specialists are repairing roads and public spaces, as well as assisting in preparing facilities for the heating season.
“For example, in 2025–2026, the capital’s specialists restored the musical and two
general education schools, two gymnasiums and three squares“, said the Mayor of Moscow.
This year, it is also planned to repair the building of the city hospital and carry out the first phase of work on the restoration of a significant cultural site.
