Projects of two apartment buildings for implementation have been approved renovation programs on Dezhnev Passage. They will be built on land plots No. 20 and 24. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.
“The new buildings are designed on the site of residential buildings from the 1960s that were demolished as part of the renovation program. The design plans include the construction of two single-section buildings, each containing 139 apartments,” noted Ivan Shcherbakov.
Public and commercial facilities will be located on the ground floors of new buildings. The area allocated for these premises will be 304 square meters in each building.
The entrances feature spacious vestibules, concierge rooms, and stroller storage areas. The surrounding territory will be landscaped according to the standards of the renovation program. Children’s and sports playgrounds will be equipped in the courtyards, pedestrian paths will be laid, and quiet rest areas will be arranged. An accessible environment will be created for people with disabilities.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 houses. Sergey Sobyanin instructed to increase the pace of the renovation program implementation in twice. The Mayor of Moscow also noted that in August, the capital opened the second phase of the plant for the production of prefab structures for accelerated construction of residential buildings, including for the renovation program.
