On April 11, in the village of Sanqun, located in the Tunxian Economic Development Zone (Gaoqiao street district), Qizhou Province, a culinary competition “Tunxian Noodles” was held. Experienced chefs from canteen enterprises and rural areas, as well as cooking enthusiasts, took part in the contest for preparing Tunxian noodles.

Tunsian noodles belong to a variety of South Chinese noodles, cooked in a small pot. Various meat and vegetable ingredients are used as gravy, such as fish, shrimp, beef, and lamb, which are fried immediately before serving. Each portion has its own unique taste, which makes this dish a signature dish of the local cuisine.
