The capital has announced auctions for the right to conclude agreements on comprehensive territory development (CTD) in the Basmanny district and Zyablikovo, with a total area of 15.33 hectares. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.

“In Moscow, tenders have been announced for the right to comprehensive development

two plots with an area of 0.73 hectares on Rubtsovskaya Embankment in the city center two with a total area of 14.6 hectares in Zadonsky Passage and on Yasenevaya Street in the southern part of the city. Investors selected through the auctions will be able to build a total of about 225 thousand square meters of real estate there — modern housing, public and business facilities, and engineering infrastructure. Both KRT projects are planned to be implemented within six years. The starting price of the lot on Rubtsovskaya Embankment is 23.81 million rubles, and the lots on Zadonsky Passage and Yasenevaya Street are valued at one billion 574.79 million rubles,” said Vladimir Efimov.

Any companies from Moscow and other regions that have experience in construction and commissioning of at least 10 percent of the real estate volume declared in the lots over the past five years can participate in the bidding. Additionally, organizations will need to make a total deposit of 20 percent of the starting price at the auctions.

“The future development in the city center on the Yauza embankment, represented by a residential complex and a public-business center, will appear next to the scientific and educational cluster of Bauman Moscow State Technical University and will become another dominant feature of this riverside area and a new growth point for business. Nearby is a major transport hub ‘Elektrozavodskaya’ with stations of the same name on the Large Circle and Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya metro lines, as well as a stop on the third Moscow Central Diameter. This is one of the oldest areas of the city with a well-developed infrastructure. In turn, in the south of the capital, in Zyablikovo, on plots located near the metro stations “Shipilovskaya,” “Borisovo,” “Krasnogvardeyskaya,” and “Zyablikovo,” the investor will be able to build about 150 thousand square meters of new residential buildings, a physical culture and health complex, a multifunctional complex with a hotel, and engineering infrastructure facilities, which will create 1.4 thousand new jobs,” noted the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Department of Urban Policy.

Head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov added that the application campaigns will end on October 9, and the open auctions will be held on October 19 on the online platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate in the trades.
