In August, contracts with the city for comfortable housing by renovation program about 4,200 residents of 197 old houses have signed. This was reported by Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of City Property.
“In August, documents for apartments in new buildings under the renovation program were processed for nearly 4,200 city residents from 197 old houses. The most contracts were signed by residents of the east and southeast of the capital. Almost 700 program participants in each of these two districts received apartments in modern residential complexes. About 600 Muscovites signed contracts for new real estate in the north and northwest of the city. In the other eight districts of the capital, the number of owners of comfortable housing increased by almost 1,700 people in total for August,” said Ekaterina Solovyova.
Residents receive new apartments under the renovation program in the same districts where they previously lived, except for the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Okrugs and Zelenograd. In these areas, resettlement is carried out within the district boundaries: new buildings are constructed in neighborhoods with the most developed infrastructure.
