Beijing, April 14 /Xin Hua/ — Special envoy of the Chairman of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping Shao Hong will participate in the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Republic of Congo Denis Sassou-Nguesso in Brazzaville on April 16, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the CPC said on Tuesday.
