The new season of the “Sports Weekends” project will begin on September 12

The new season of the project opens on September 12 “Sports Weekend”. Training sessions will be moved from outdoor grounds to indoor facilities.

In the fall, Muscovites are invited to join classes at the Southern and Northern river stations, the Central Market, the Skolkovo technopark, the Depo.Moscow food hall, the Strogino cultural center, the Central Children’s Store on Lubyanka, the shopping and entertainment centers Shchyolkovsky, Riviera, and Mosaic, as well as in sports studios near the Park Kultury, Prospekt Mira, Chistye Prudy, and Tulskaya metro stations. You can choose any of the 15 venues.

In the new season, popular modern activities will remain on the schedule. Fans of an active lifestyle can look forward to yoga, stretching, functional and dance workouts, fitrock, Zumba toning, high-intensity interval training, hot stretching, hot yoga, hot barre, hot Pilates, Pilates, barre, barre 2.0, sessions on suspension trainers, and fitness boxing. You can also practice inside flow yoga — dynamic workouts that combine Hatha yoga asanas and dance choreography to rhythmic music.

“Sports Weekend” — a joint project of the city Department of Sports and public service centers “My Documents,” which appeared in 2020. Thanks to it, Muscovites can join free classes led by professional coaches online or at designated venues.
