In the northeast of the capital, a project for the construction of an apartment building has been approved at renovation program. According to the project documentation, the building will appear in the Butyrsky district at the address: Dobrolyubova Street, plot No. 25, on the site of a five-story building constructed in 1959. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Examination of Projects (Moscomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.
“Mosgosexpertiza issued a positive conclusion on the project of a multi-apartment building under the renovation program in the Butyrsky district. The new building will have 231 apartments, four of which are designed taking into account the needs of residents with limited mobility,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
The building footprint will be 1,400 square meters, and the total area of all apartments will be about 16,000 square meters. They will be handed over to the new residents fully ready for occupancy, with finished interiors and plumbing.
The first floor of the building is designed to have commercial premises with a total area of 700 square meters. They are intended for shops, catering establishments, and other commercial entities. There will also be an information center for the renovation program here.
A spacious main entrance is designed on the first floor. There will be a lobby, a concierge room, a stroller storage area, and a zone with mailboxes.
The project has been developed taking into account the requirements of a barrier-free environment. Conditions will be created on the adjacent territory and on the way to the residential sections and apartments to ensure unobstructed movement for people with reduced mobility.
The construction area is characterized by good transport accessibility and developed social infrastructure. Near the future building, there are the Fonvizinskaya metro station and surface transport stops. Nearby are schools, kindergartens, clinics, shops, cafes, and sports facilities.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 houses. Sergey Sobyanin instructed to increase implementation rates renovation programs twice.
