Applications for participation in the Moscow Best Mentoring Practices competition have started. Sergei Sobyanin announced this on his channel in the messenger “Max”.
“ Today, mentoring is an important economic tool. It allows new employees, including university graduates, to adapt more quickly to real tasks and the needs of employers. Companies, in turn, reduce costs and increase their productivity,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

The “Best Mentoring Practices of Moscow” competition allows for identifying the most effective methods, which are then successfully implemented in capital companies. In the future, this experience can be scaled across the entire country.
The competition has five categories: mentoring for youth, mentoring in production, mentoring in business, mentoring in the social sphere, mentoring in state and city organizations.
The capital is consistently developing an urban mentorship development system. Besides the competition, a key element of it is
Moscow Mentors Club — a specially created professional community where specialists exchange experiences,” noted Sergey Sobyanin.
Any commercial and government organizations of the capital can participate in the “Best Mentoring Practices of Moscow” competition. Applications applications are accepted until December 15. Winners will be announced in March 2027.
