An autumn tram parade took place in the Basmanny and Tagansky districts of Moscow in honor of City Day. A column of 18 historic cars from different generations traveled from the turning loop at Kursky railway station to Sergiy Radonezhsky Street, where the celebration continued with a vintage machinery exhibition.

“This year, the tram parade was held for the third time and gathered more than 180 thousand Muscovites and guests of the capital. We see that interest in the history of urban transport remains consistently high. Thanks to everyone who came to the celebration. At the historical transport exhibition, visitors were able to look inside the cabins of trams from different eras. More than 40 vintage cars were also displayed at the venue.

A rich festive program was also prepared for the guests. Artists from the “Music in the Metro” project, the Moscow Metro academic choir, and the band “Kraski” performed on stage. Interactive spaces were set up at the venue, games and workshops were held, and a retro photo zone was open. Visitors were also given free drinks and treats.
