The KAMAZ team took first place in the overall team standings of the Kama Half Marathon 2026. The team’s participation in the competition was made possible thanks to the support of the automaker’s trade union.
An athletics festival took place in Naberezhnye Chelny and gathered over 500 runners from the city’s enterprises and organizations. The main distance was 21.1 km, and the organizers also prepared a route three times shorter – 7 km. All participants were divided into age categories.
A total of 68 athletes were part of the KAMAZ team. Natalia Bubekova, a representative of the company’s Scientific and Technical Center, conquered the half marathon by winning first place in the 50-59 age category. At the end of the event, the KAMAZ team was awarded a cup, and each finisher received a commemorative medal.
