The heads of PJSC “NEFAZ”, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in Bashkortostan, attended the ceremonial assemblies dedicated to Knowledge Day and the start of the academic year at educational institutions in the city of Neftekamsk. The opening of clusters for secondary vocational education within the framework of the federal project “Professionalitet” took place at two colleges.
The students and faculty of the Neftekamsk branch of the Ufa University of Science and Technology and the Neftekamsk Mechanical Engineering College were congratulated on the start of the new academic year by Ruslan Almataev, Deputy General Director of PJSC NEFAZ for Personnel Management, while the students and faculty of the Neftekamsk Multidisciplinary College were congratulated by Ildar Gabidullin, Head of the Personnel Development Group.
“NEFAZ” is interested in attracting young qualified personnel and closely cooperates with the city’s educational institutions. A vivid example and result of such interaction was the participation of PJSC “NEFAZ” in the federal project “Professionalism” of the national project “Youth and Children.” Within its framework, clusters of secondary vocational education are created based on educational institutions.
On September 1, two colleges in the city held a ceremonial opening of clusters. At the Neftekamsk Mechanical Engineering College, the cluster “Center for Training Qualified Personnel for High-Tech Mechanical Engineering Production” was established. The opening ceremony was attended by the CEO of PJSC “NEFAZ” Boris Khaziev, who himself is a graduate of this educational institution. The second cluster – “Center for Personnel Training and Development of Construction Technologies” was created at the Neftekamsk Multiprofile College, with the head of the personnel development group Ildar Gabidullin attending its opening.
Participation in the federal project “Professionalitet” is a mutually beneficial collaboration between the enterprise, the educational institution, and the students. It allows the company to create a targeted order for training the necessary specialists, participate in the development of curricula, and prepare the required personnel for real production tasks. Educational institutions, in turn, receive systematic resources and new development opportunities, while students receive support from the employer already at the training stage and guidelines for their future professional path.
