Another apartment building will be constructed in Izmailovo according to the renovation program. The building will be constructed at the address: Sirenevy Boulevard, land plot No. 16/1/2. The corresponding project has already been approved. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.
“According to the project, a three-section multi-apartment building for the renovation program is planned to be constructed on a 0.6-hectare site, in place of two five-story buildings built between 1959 and 1961. It will have 244 apartments with a total area of 12.8 thousand square meters. They will undergo finishing with modern, durable, and safe materials in accordance with the program’s standards,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
The total area of the building will be 1,800 square meters. Nearby are public transport stops, kindergartens, schools, clinics, as well as social and sports infrastructure facilities.
Some apartments in the new building will be adapted for people with limited mobility, and barrier-free environments will be created in the courtyard and common areas.
The first floor will house entrance groups with spacious lobbies, stroller rooms, and concierge rooms, as well as public and commercial premises with a total area of 719 square meters. One of these will temporarily accommodate an information center for participants in the renovation program during the move-in period.
Near the house, a children’s playground and sports grounds will be built, lawns will be laid out, and decorative trees and shrubs will be planted.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the relocation of 5,176 houses. The Mayor of Moscow instructed to increase implementation rates renovation programs by two times.
