Government of Moscow has made a decision on the comprehensive development of underutilized territories in the Basmanny district. They are located at: Verkhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya Street, property 7.
Two plots with a total area of 1.35 hectares are located between the 1st Syromyatnichesky and Upper Susalny lanes, the Troitsky tunnel, and the tracks of the fourth Moscow Central Diameter (Kursk direction of the Moscow Railway).
A modern public and business complex with an area of 90,280 square meters is planned to be built there, housing offices, bank branches, shopping and entertainment centers, facilities for physical education and sports, cafes, and restaurants. The nearby area will be comprehensively landscaped. In addition, a parking lot for 200 cars will be equipped.
Thanks to the implementation of the comprehensive territorial development project, more than 2,500 jobs will be created.
As of September 1, 2026, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 258 comprehensive territory development projects totaling more than two thousand hectares, within which approximately 39 million square meters of real estate are planned to be built. As a result, over 424 thousand jobs will be created.
