In the Presnensky and Khoroshevsky districts, as well as in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, the operation of several bus routes will change after the opening of the new metro line. This will improve the connection with the rail network and make trips more convenient for passengers.
The following changes will take place in the Presnensky and Khoroshevsky districts:
— route M31 will pass through the stations “Moscow-City”, “Shelepikha” and “Zvenigorodskaya”, then along Shelepikhinskaya and Karamyshevskaya embankments to the Karamyshevsky pier;
— electric buses of route M32 will go along Testovskaya and Erisman streets to the Moscow-City stations;
— a section of the route No. 322 will change — instead of the part along 2nd Silikatny Passage, buses will go through the new metro station;
— route No. 155 will be renumbered to 355, and the buses themselves will run more frequently. When heading to the Filyovsky Park metro station, the transport will follow a new exit near the Shelepikha metro station instead of the postponed U-turn on Shmitovsky Drive;
— route No. 374 (formerly No. 294) will change its route. It will merge with route No. 48. Instead of the previous section, it will go through the new metro station on Shelepikhinskoye Highway, then along Shelepikhinskaya Embankment and Shmitovsky Drive;
— route No. 391 will cease operation due to changes in passenger flows in the district;
— the route T70 will be renumbered to 370.
In Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, several surface urban transport routes will also be adjusted:
— Route No. 309 (formerly T59 and T59k) will be changed — instead of the previous route, buses will run along General Karbyshev Boulevard and General Glagolev Street. This will connect the route with the new metro station and improve transportation service in the area;
— routes No. 345 and 335 (former No. 253) will follow a changed route to General Karbyshev Boulevard instead of Zhivopisnaya Street;
— route No. 381 (formerly No. 291) will also change — it will pass through the Narodnoe Opolchenie metro station, then along Marshala Tukhachevskogo, Demyana Bednogo, and Mnevniki streets instead of part of Narodnoe Opolchenie street;
— a new route No. 383 will start operating. It will connect Marshal Zhukov Avenue, General Glagolev Street, Berzarina Street, and the Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station. Thus, residents of the district will be able to get to the metro faster;
— routes T21, T65, and T86 will operate under new numbers: 301, 305, and 306 respectively, with no change to their routes.
The updated ground transport route network will provide convenient and comfortable access to rail framework stations — some routes will have direct access to metro station entrances, others will be extended or rerouted, and frequency will increase on certain lines.
For passengers in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district, the appearance of the new route No. 383 will be especially important, which will connect Marshal Zhukov Avenue and the Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line.
