The new season of training courses at the Moscow Exchange Issuers’ Academy will start in September 2026. The training is aimed at supporting Russian companies in attracting exchange financing, issuing securities on the Moscow Exchange, as well as interacting with investors.
The training is free and covers key areas of working with the capital market. The new season will open with the launch of five courses:
- “Issuer Route: Practice of Issuing Exchange Bonds” – a basic course for companies planning to enter the debt financing market;
- “IPO: how to become a public company” – how to effectively prepare for going public and an IPO, strategy and tactics for entering the primary capital market;
- “IR Workshop: Basic Course for Investor Relations Specialists” – fundamental knowledge for IR professionals on building financial communications;
- “The Art of Issuing Exchange Bonds: Listing” – a detailed study of the procedures for listing bonds on the Moscow Exchange;
- “How to Comply with the Best Practices of Sustainable Development 2.0” – a course on ESG principles dedicated to increasing investment attractiveness through the lens of sustainable development.

“The Moscow Exchange organizes free educational courses to support companies considering going public and to help them prepare consistently for this important stage of development. Academy participants gain practical knowledge about regulatory requirements and the key steps an issuer needs to go through before listing on the exchange, as well as a deeper understanding of the structure of the public offering process for shares and bonds. We strive to make the capital market more understandable and accessible for businesses, improve the quality of preparation for potential issuers, and help companies form a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities of public financing. Since the launch of the Academy in 2024, more than 3,200 people from over 1,300 companies have attended.”
The speakers of the Academy are experts from the Moscow Exchange and the National Settlement Depository (NSD), IR directors and heads of corporate governance of public companies, representatives of rating agencies, stock market consultants, and independent analysts.
Enrollment in Academy courses is available by prior registration and after application approval. Training is open to company executives and financial directors, representatives of IR and PR teams, corporate treasurers, corporate secretaries and lawyers, representatives of professional participants.
Courses are held in the format of webinars, in-person meetings, lectures, and practical sessions. Registration is available on the website.
The Issuers Academy is a project of the Moscow Exchange focused on practice-oriented training for current and potential issuers, providing knowledge about raising capital and effectively working with investors.
