“KAMAZ,” together with its official partner — LLC “UralSpecTrans” — has launched a new model of a tanker truck for transporting technical water on the high-tech chassis of the new generation KAMAZ-65959. The ACV-20 vehicle is produced by the special equipment factory under the SEVEREST brand and is intended for transporting non-aggressive technological liquids (technical water).
The special equipment is based on the high-tech KAMAZ-65959 chassis, equipped with a modern inline six-cylinder KAMAZ R6 engine with a power output of 483 hp and torque of 2403 Nm, ensuring reliable operation under full load. The transmission is a 16-speed manual. The vehicle is equipped with a comfortable K5 cabin on a 4-point spring suspension with a modern onboard information system and improved driver workplace ergonomics. The base KAMAZ chassis (6×6) is equipped with single tires, which further enhance the vehicle’s off-road capabilities.
The tank volume is 20 m³. In the basic configuration, it is equipped with a rear-positioned drainage system, a pipeline with a nominal diameter of 100 mm, two pressure hoses 6 m and 5 m long, as well as exhaust gas heating of the drain valve – this ensures stable operation of the equipment in cold climates.
The technology of fastening the tank to the chassis frame allows preventing its damage when the vehicle frame twists while driving over rough terrain.
