From August 31 to September 2, the 14th exhibition of semiconductor equipment, materials, and key components CSEAC 2026 will be held in the Chinese city of Wuxi. Manufacturers of photonic integrated circuits, computing modules, as well as high-tech materials and installations for microelectronics production, will present their developments. “On the instructions of Sergey Sobyanin, the city is developing trade and economic relations with friendly countries, including the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Moscow consistently ranks first in the share of trade turnover with the PRC, and this indicator is growing: in January — June 2026, it increased by 30 percent compared to the same period last year. Also, the capital’s industrial exports to China have more than doubled due to supplies of products from the aviation industry and the energy engineering sector. The volume of microelectronics and instrument engineering supplies is also increasing: over six months of 2026, growth amounted to 35 percent. At the CSEAC 2026 exhibition, the capital’s industrialists, in particular residents special economic zone “Technopolis Moscow” will present advanced solutions in the field of radio electronics. Among them are photonic integrated circuits, high-tech materials for microelectronics manufacturing, and plasma equipment,” noted Maxim Liksutov.
Moscow Collective Stand
A total of six industrial companies from Moscow will present their solutions at the Made in Moscow collective stand. All costs for the transportation of exhibits and the organization of negotiations with potential partners in the PRC are borne by the export support center “Mosprom“.
“The capital is a leader in the development of the radio-electronic industry in Russia. More than 870 enterprises in the sector operate in the city, creating unique materials and component bases for the production of computing equipment, telecommunications equipment, and automation systems. The delegation from Moscow will not only showcase its developments to Chinese colleagues but will also discuss potential projects with industry commercial and government customers in the PRC during the visit,” said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital’s Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
At the Moscow stand, products from a resident of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone — the company “Epiel,” a developer and manufacturer of epitaxial structures based on silicon, sapphire, and silicon carbide — will be presented. These are high-tech materials necessary for the production of microelectronics products, including next-generation components that enable the creation of electronic devices with performance an order of magnitude higher than existing counterparts.
Another resident of the SEZ — the Moscow Photonics Center — will participate in the exhibition. This is the first enterprise in Russia to carry out the serial production of photonic integrated circuits, where three technologies are developed simultaneously. Products based on them allow data transmission speed to increase by 100 times.
In addition, products of the public joint-stock company “Institute of Electronic Control Machines named after I.S. Brook” will be displayed at the stand. It develops and manufactures computing modules, computing equipment based on Russian “Elbrus” microprocessors, and software for microchip packaging. The enterprise already has contracts with the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) and the Xudapu NPP for the supply and maintenance of software for the software and hardware complex of the automated radiation monitoring system.
The capital company “Giantech” also presents its solutions, including plasma material processing installations and equipment for controlling introduced defects. This equipment is necessary for world-class microelectronics production and is successfully used at leading enterprises in Russia and Belarus.
The participation of the capital’s enterprises in the CSEAC 2026 exhibition is organized with the support of the Trade Mission of Russia in the PRC.
