You can purchase at city auctions two non-residential premises in the Begovoy District. They are located on Leningradsky Prospekt and have free designation. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Leningradsky Prospekt is one of the key capital highways, in the area of which business centers are concentrated and a developed transport infrastructure has been formed. Currently, two non-residential premises of 28.4 and 116.6 square meters are available in the city auctions near Belorusskaya metro station. The characteristics of the objects allow various scenarios of their commercial use to be considered depending on the concept of the future business. Applications for participation in the auctions are accepted until September 8,” said Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located on the mezzanine and in the basement of a multi-apartment building at the address: Leningradsky Prospect, building 24. This is a historically valuable city-forming object built in 1939, architect — E.N. Kolodyazhny.
Auctions will take place on September 17 on the online platform “Roseltorg”. The seller of the real estate is the Department of City Property of the City of Moscow. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
