The 10th venue of the Mozhaysky club center will open in the west of Moscow. The spacious room, with an area of over 400 square meters, is located at 14 Kubinka Street. In honor of the opening, guests can look forward to introductory classes in the center’s areas of work.
Here you can sign up for chess, martial arts, and children’s fitness sections (for visitors aged five to 14), a drawing studio (4–14 years), an English language club (4–15 years), and a dance studio (3–15 years). The youngest are awaited by early development groups (1–3 years) and short-stay groups (3–5 years). Children aged five to seven are invited to school preparation classes. Adults will be able to attend stretching workouts.
“The Association of Cultural and Leisure Centers of the Western Administrative District includes more than 200 venues, and another one will appear in the Mozhaysky District. The space on Kubinka Street will become the 10th branch of the Mozhaysky club center. The expansion of the network will allow residents to choose more activities close to home and to use modern infrastructure for creativity, sports, and leisure,” said Anastasia Gladysheva, General Director of the state budgetary institution ‘Association of Cultural and Leisure Centers of the Western Administrative District.’
The festive program in honor of the opening will take place on August 31 at 18:00. Visitors can look forward to a tour of the new premises, a painting master class, trial lessons in dancing and foreign language, a simultaneous chess session, fitness exercises, and martial arts training. Club center equipment
The new department is equipped with offices and rooms for creative, educational, and sports activities. The chess classroom is furnished with gaming tables with clocks and marker boards, which are useful for reviewing games. The painting studio is equipped with mobile easels and shelves for displaying works, and the lighting is as close to daylight as possible, which is convenient for working with painting and graphics.
The school preparation classroom is equipped with modern desks and a magnetic whiteboard. A separate room is provided for foreign language study. In the early development group room, soft flooring is laid and interactive panels are installed. The dance hall is equipped with large mirrors and ballet barres, while the hall for martial arts and children’s fitness has mats and protective padding on the walls.
In the lobby, guests are greeted by a reception desk, with a cloakroom and a waiting area nearby. For young visitors, there is an interactive information stand that allows not only to find the needed information but also to play games. The entrance to the premises is equipped with a ramp for visitors with strollers and people with limited mobility.
