In the Timiryazevsky district, premises will undergo major renovations public service center “My Documents” at the address: 8 Timiryazevskaya Street, building 1. The corresponding project has already been approved. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Examination of Projects (Moskomexpertiza). Ivan Shcherbakov.

“Mosgosexpertiza has issued a positive conclusion on the project for the renovation of the public services center premises located on the first and second floors of a residential building constructed in 2009 on Timiryazevskaya Street. According to the documentation, the plan is to update the engineering communications in the premises, modernize the fire protection system, as well as replace door and window units and renovate the entrance groups,” Ivan Shcherbakov said.

During the major renovation, the floor covering and suspended ceilings will be dismantled in the reception, waiting areas, and children’s corner, as well as in the administrative and service rooms on the second floor. In addition, specialists will clean and level the walls, then cover them with a finishing layer made of materials suitable for the functional purpose of the rooms.

In addition, doorways will be widened and interior partitions replaced. New doors will be installed at emergency exits with a system allowing them to be instantly opened by simply pressing a bar or handle. Additional waterproofing will be applied in restrooms and vestibules.

Outdoor work includes replacing the leveling cement-sand screed and the cladding of entrance platforms, porch steps, and ramps.

The renovation project does not involve changes to the volumetric and layout solutions. All work will be carried out using modern, safe, aesthetically pleasing, and durable materials.
