A Branch of the Judo Club «Turbostroitel» Will Appear in the Obruchevsky District

A branch of the judo club “Turbostroitel” will be established in the Obruchevsky district. The corresponding changes have already been made to the land use and development regulations. The facility will be built as part of the implementation large-scale investment project. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.

“A sports center with a total area of more than 3,700 square meters will appear in the southwest of Moscow. A two-story building will be constructed at the address: Obruchevsky District, quarter 37–37c, 38b. In addition to a hall for judo training sessions, it will include a cardio zone and a gym, and a parking lot for 11 vehicles will be equipped next to the sports center,” noted Vladimir Efimov.

The future judo center in the Obruchevsky district will be located near the Southwest Forest Park.

“The presence of a specialized sports center will contribute to the creation of a comfortable urban environment for practicing judo and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The building will be located in a residential area within walking distance from the Novatorskaya metro station. The Large Circle Line, not far from the intersections of Leninsky Prospect and Profsoyuznaya Street with Obrucheva Street. Also, the new center is less than 1.5 kilometers from the Vorontsovskaya metro station, and about two kilometers from Kaluzhskaya and Novye Cheryomushki,” added the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the city’s Department of Urban Planning Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
