The specialists will clear the facade, repair the panel joints, and insulate the walls with mineral wool. Then they will install brackets, guides, window frames with fire stops, and mount fiber cement panels.

Factory-made colored blocks allow the facade to be given virtually any color according to the color scheme. Shades of “signal white” and “transport gray” are used for facing this building.

In addition, specialists will replace the roofing, repair the entrances, the plinth and the blind area, install baskets for air conditioners, and repair balconies and windows in common areas. As part of the engineering systems work, the main lines for cold and hot water supply, drainage, and central heating will be updated.
