According to the results from January to June 2026, the capital’s cosmetics manufacturer, Big company, produced over 41 million units of products and ensured deliveries to dozens of Russian regions. With the assistance of the Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support (MFPIE), the enterprise continues to increase capacity, expand its product range, and develop new markets. This was reported by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
“On the instructions of Sergey Sobyanin, the city provides comprehensive support to the capital’s manufacturing industry, including through effective financial instruments. Thanks to the MFPPiP mechanisms, the Moscow cosmetics factory was able to allocate additional funds for the development of new formulas and the expansion of production. Its products are represented in all regions of the country. It ships up to four million products to the regions monthly, and overall, the production volume exceeded 41 million units in the first half of the year,” noted Maksim Liksutov.
The company produces a wide range of products across several key areas: children’s cosmetics, skin care products for the face and body, as well as hair coloring and care products. Additionally, the assortment includes professional cosmetics. In particular, in 2025, the factory introduced innovative dyes for salon use.
The company is actively developing a line of children’s cosmetics, offering products for different age groups — from newborns to children over three years old. The range includes not only everyday hygiene products but also dermatocosmetic items, including those for caring for sensitive and atopy-prone skin.
In recent years, the company has signed contracts with partners from Turkmenistan, Iran, Tajikistan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, and Armenia.
In addition to producing its own products, the company operates as a contract manufacturer and provides facilities for the custom production of cosmetics.
Investment Loan Program MFPPiP provides for interest rate compensation at 50 percent of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The maximum support period is five years, and the maximum amount subject to compensation is five billion rubles.
Moscow is actively developing its investment climate and industrial potential. Thanks to city initiatives, labor productivity and production efficiency are increasing.
