In the Lyublino district, construction of a children’s and adult outpatient clinic continues at the address: Lyublinskaya Street, building 33. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
“At the outpatient clinic under construction, designed for 560 visits per shift, facade and finishing works are currently underway, as well as connection to engineering networks. The four- to five-story building with one underground level, with a total area of 8,800 square meters, is being built with developer funds as part of an integrated residential development. After construction is complete, the medical facility will be transferred to the city healthcare system,” said Vladimir Efimov.
The clinic will be adapted for visitors with limited mobility. Elevators will be installed in the building, and the width of corridors and doorways will allow wheelchair users to move around without obstacles.
The adjacent area will be landscaped and greened. Small architectural forms and street lamps, shrubs, and lawns will appear here.
“Patient flows within the building will be separated: the main entrance to the adult clinic will be located on the side of the end facade, and the entrance to the children’s clinic — in the inner courtyard. The building’s facades will be finished in a light color scheme. Spacious lobbies, registration desks, cloakrooms, procedure rooms, and a pharmacy point will be located on the first floors of each block. In the children’s department, offices for pediatricians and specialized doctors will be located. In the adult wing, in addition to the offices of therapists and specialists, procedure rooms, wards, and staff rooms are planned,” added the Moscow government minister, head of the city’s Department of Urban Development Policy.
The construction of the clinic began in August 2024. The metropolitan State Construction Supervision Committee accompanies the project from the preparatory stage to acceptance. As noted by the head of the agency Anton Slobodchikov, inspectors have already conducted the fifth on-site inspection. They assessed the completed monolithic, facade, engineering, and finishing works and checked their compliance with the requirements of the approved documentation.
Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin reported that from 2011 to 2026, about 1250 were built in the capital social facilities. By order of the Mayor of Moscow, special attention is being paid to the development of such infrastructure in the city.
