“Participation in city auctions provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to purchase real estate directly from Moscow for creating or developing their business. Properties are sold at open electronic auctions, and the unrestricted designation of many premises allows choosing options for various business tasks. Currently, in the Shcherbinka district, two premises with areas of 182.2 and 234.7 square meters are available. They are located on the first floor of a multi-apartment building and have separate entrances — this ensures convenient access for visitors and allows arranging organizations both for adults and children. Here, one can open an educational center, family café, sports studio, or veterinary clinic. The application submission ends on August 31,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at: Marshala Savitskogo Street, building 26, block 2. The auctions will take place on September 9 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate. The real estate seller is the capital’s Department of City Property.
