Order dated August 10, 2026, No. 2094-r
More than 4.1 billion rubles will be allocated from the Government’s reserve fund to the Luhansk People’s Republic and Kherson region as targeted support for housing and communal services enterprises. An order to this effect has been signed.
The funds are intended to cover regional budget expenses for financial assistance to enterprises, including the purchase of equipment and network repairs, covering current costs, and compensating service providers in the areas of heating, water supply, and wastewater disposal.
The issue was considered at at the Government meeting on August 20.

“This decision will ensure the stable operation of local specialized and resource-supplying organizations, timely preparation of engineering and network facilities for the autumn-winter period, so that residents of these areas can continue to restore their daily lives, and businesses can develop their projects and open new ones,” noted Mikhail Mishustin.
