Government of Moscow has made a decision to comprehensively develop the underutilized area located in the Danilovsky district at the address: Avtozavodskaya Street, property 21.
A 1.2-hectare plot is located between the Third Transport Ring, the Projected Passage No. 7012a, and the Brothers Ryabushinsky Street. Modern residential complexes are planned to be built there for implementation renovation programs.
The total built-up area will be 47 thousand square meters, including an apartment area of 28.72 thousand “squares.” This will provide new housing for 1,052 people and create about 80 jobs.
Project comprehensive territorial development will become part of a major redevelopment of the former industrial zone “ZIL”.
As of August 18, 2026, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 255 comprehensive territory development projects covering a total area of over two thousand hectares, within which more than 38.9 million square meters of real estate are planned to be constructed. As a result, over 423 thousand new jobs will be created.
