“The city is making every effort to ensure that the most in-demand documents are available in digital format and on a single portal. On mos.ru, not only government but also related services necessary for their provision are posted. For example, technical documentation is required when agreeing on the redevelopment of an apartment or non-residential premises in an apartment building. The demand for technical documentation is high: in the first half of 2026, almost 27 thousand Muscovites requested technical documents, and nearly five thousand more requested copies of archival materials,” added Dmitry Tetushkin, General Director of MosgorBTI.
