An archival film dedicated to Boris Orlov’s exhibition “The Earthly Host and the Heavenly Host,” which took place at the museum in 2008, will be screened at the media library of the Educational Center of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.
Viewers will see an archival recording of the exhibition, get acquainted with the work of one of the representatives of the social-art movement, and learn more about Boris Orlov’s artistic heritage. The program also includes fragments of interviews with artists and materials from museum archives that allow tracing the history of the development of contemporary art and the activities of MMOMA.
The author of the program is museum researcher Yulia Ovchinnikova.
